One with large zipper pocket dividing the inside of main compartment, the other with many pockets for pens or notepads and the third is a large zip pocket. Outside is all beautiful smooth black leather. Leather is gorgeous on this bag, thick yet soft. Few minor surface scratches not visible unless you look for them.
